ROAD TO SAFETY

The rules of safety are highly avoided by the people and  in return they have to claim their life.
Insensitivity amongst  mass are responsible for fatal accidents.
Safety on raods is not a new issue to  be raised though data's showcase how irresponsible public is regarding the matter of security on roads.
Government campaign , hording, pamphlet's,poster, advertisements and offcoaurse the police warned public several times .
We can't blame anyone yet ourself's unconsciousness towards road safety issue.
We are being taught rules of safety since our primary classes but then who cares to follow it?
According to National Crime report bureau' (NCRB)
Recent report 2014, U.P accounts with whooping 62.5%  for the  most fatal death in road accident  in country.
Contrary to general perception two wheeler's are responsible for maximum death 26.4% of total in U.P.
It's an eye opening that 70% of death occur to two wheeler driver's without helmet and 90% death are caused due to head injuries. Now,by this we can estimate significance of wearing helment if we are enough capable to co- realate the facts.
Using mobile while drivoping diverts 50% of our attention ,while  drug\alcohal claimed 12.6% death of the total in U.P.
But still start  following safety rule before its to late.
Wearing helmet can reduce 40% of death risk and by putting on seats bealt 50% of mishaps can be avoided. So, let's take the road- which was not taken until now ,road to safety😃.

BAN BAN

Time to change your platter and to add totally new cuisine to menu card's of restaurant. Among a lot of controversies these day's the recent band on beef in Maharashtra is a latest topic for discussion among people. India today is the one of top exporters of beef and in fact beef worth and $ 29 million was exported in year 2012-13. Maharashtra Animal Preservation ( Amendment) Bill was passed during previous BJP- shivsena rule at Maharashtra in 1995 which further went to cool during Congress rule and after 19 years it got passed by President. Government is trying to manipulate people by raising their sentiments by giving excuses that it's not about any religion it's about cruelty towards animal. Than why government just had banned the beef alone , it should have ban other too like lamp , chicken and goat. Government try is to play save by diverting people .It's nothing to do with religion than why are we making it a religious issue ?Is government motivating people by raising religion sentiments ?  This is a farmer pro- act as said by government. But a farmer uses bull till the age of 15 after that they become old and week. What will happen to them when they are of no use? Will government provide them proper habitat and care them till they are dead naturally ?
Poor slaughter who were surviving by selling beef will suffer, well they can sell meet of chicken or goat but how will they adjust in mid as they are practicing it from generation- generation?
Two people filled a petition adjust this decision Advocate Vishal Seth and a student Shaina Sen at High Court .Petition say's that how can government deprive people from consuming what they want. Whether beef decision is sound or not? Their are much more unsolved question. Well their are a lot of question to discuss and to solve .So keep discussing...

HALF OPEN WINDOW

Two were devided by a boarder of wire which we today called 'LOC'.Back in 1947 it was not just a boarder, it was the major conflict between the two. Both the countries witnessed wave of strain and conflict. It was at that time not 'LOC' it was then Pakistan occupied Kashmir 'POK'
Kashmir a beautiful valley carries a black hole at her heart. It Shine's and attracts thousand hearts but deep inside it lies the cruel reality and brutality.
In the calm air of kashmir ,flows the faer .This calmness shattered by bomb or a noise of rifles. The firing by the opposite side resulted 32,000 to leave their home .This year at 'LOC' 152 times ceasefire was violated due to firing 19 people were killed and 150 got injured though the remaining left their homes and got shifted.
Fear not only comes from other's but sometimes lie within the state .Sometimes it's fear of military, terrorist, separatist and natarual calamities.
Think about a person who is living in fear and depression what choice he is left with. The situation is similar to Plato's (thinker) ''Aligarchy of the cave -: man is fixed in a cave and chained ,he hardly can move his neck behind him a wall and beyond it a fire''.Same is the state of kasmirians.
An atmosphere of fear in all directions, humiliating life of innocents. Struggle between both the countries effect more the common people of this area. The wars like 1947,1965 and 1999 had hunted blood of innocents.
In July 1990 the Indian military was given a special power under Armed Force act. As reported by 'Human Rights' this act is violating humanity and a fully permitted license to military ,which many times misused it.
The forces (Police,Army,BSF ) has been accused of crime ranges from mass killing, forced disappearance, torture, rape and sexual abuse. This in turn force people to hold arms , or join any terrorist organization or become separatist.Other get disappeared ,killed or left the state.
In the age of school children are orphaned, abused, tortured or handed over arms. Here, girls are being forced to leave their education at a very early age.As per the data published by 2011 census, the literacy rate in Jammu n kashmir is 78.26% for males n 58.01% for females.Despite the progress made since 2001, female literacy is low as compared to men.
Conclusion-
People are living under pressure .They can't enjoy freedom as us ,if they tolerated firing from Pak,they tolerate torture by military, tolerate natural disaster, than also survival is hard ,they are killed by terrorist or enforsed to be a terrorist.
Window is still 'Half opened' but the govt. Must realise and take important steps to improve the condition of people in kashmir. This window will be fully closed either and their can't be further any talks or connection .This situation is for the govt just "Do" or "let them die"

MIRROR- status of muslim women

It’s   not  the  religion   it’s   stereotype  approach   which  clamp women within  the  four  walls .
Islam   promogulate   equality   between   men  and   women   . Islam gives enough  freedom   and  is  liberal enough to permit  women  to seek  education ,  indulge in   business  and   participate  equally  to  earn  and   get   better   livelihood .
Today , position  of muslim women  is  totally  distorted   beyond  just  social  integration  due  to culture  of veils   but   also  their  socio-economic   status   is  very  declined  .
India   being  largest  democracy  with  largest  minority  who  get  significant  attention  during election campaign   and  their  welfare   being  quoted  just  in  manifesto. The  primary  issue  declining muslims position  in  society   are  low  income , lower  work  rate, less education  and hence they are backward  in society.
Quranic  verses  treated  women  equally  to   men   and   they   have  right   like  Maher , consent before marriage ,  Khula (Divorce) ,  No dowry system  ,  widow  remarriage  .  NO  religion is wrong, but wrong is  its  interpretation   and   the   lawmakers   chained  them  in  the  name  of  religion.
Madarsa’s    are  playing role  to impart  religious  education  and some  of  them  offer  training  in  computers , hindi , English  and  other  subject  but  that is  not  enough  to get a suitable  livelihood . Education  is  imparted  just due  because  they  can    guide  next  generation  to  a  right  path.
Muslim  women  are more likely to  be  illiterate  according  to  Muslim  Women  Survey  covering 10,000 muslim  women  59 %  had  never  attended    school  and  less than  10%  had  completed  school.
The  backwardness  and  low  socio-economic  status   create further  ceilings  for  girls  education. Just 40.6%  muslims  girls  have  enrolled to  school  and  3.5%  girls get  higher  education.
The  other  curse  is  low  age  marriage  factor  “ At  the   national  level  marriage  of  muslim  girl  is very low  at  15.6  years   and  in  the  rural  north it  falls  to  an  appalling  13.9  years ”  quotes  ‘Frontline’.  This  in turn  leads  to  early  puberty  and  causes   several  health  issues.
Low  age   marriage  and  lack   of  education  decrease  muslim  women  participation  at  work . The  other  causes  behind  are  social  evils  like  veil , patriarchal  system , low  mobility , lack of opportunities , low  awareness ,  no  participation  in  decision  making.
Basically  they  are  not  even  free  to  make  decision  of  their  own  life .  75%  of  women  were  reported  who  need  their  husband  permission . Less  than 10%  women  were  there  who  take  their own  minor   or  major  decision  and  30%  reported  to  jointly  take  decision  after  consulting  their  husband.
Muslim  women access to fall in  lowest  paid  and  most  exploited  categories  labor  significantly   due to  low  education  and  inability  to delegate  domestic   responsibilities . According  to  Muslim  Women  Survey  14%  women  participate  in work .
Muslim  women had  lost  their  identity  not  only  in society  but  somewhere also disappeared  legally  . They  must  get  equal  status  in  all  sectors .  People  need  to  think, concern ,  address , aware , and  work  towards  position   of  women  in  muslim  society  .  92%  of  muslim  women  reported in favour  to ban polygamy. Situation  are  getting better  and  just  need  sharpen up. The  veil  on the minds  must  be  removed . Time to concern  and  rethink.
